CASA Since our founding, Kappa Alpha Theta
has aimed to exercise the wide influence for good and to show love to others. These aspirations have given Kappa Alpha Theta
a distinguished history of community service and philanthropic involvement. Since 1989, the focus of Kappa Alpha Theta's
philanthropic work has been CASA, the Court Appointed Special Advocates program. This mission of CASA is to speak for the
best interests of abused and neglected children in the court system. Please visit CASA's national website and Dane County's CASA website for more information.

Theta Philanthropy
Events Semi- Annual Designer Apparel
Sale In 2005, Psi Chapter began the Semi-Annual Designer Apparel
Sale. Once a semester we hold this event at our house selling name brand clothing such as Citizens of Humanity, Seven for
All Mankind, Juicy, Lacoste, Polo, Blue Cult, and many more. The merchandise comes from an accredited wholesale distributor,
who then contributes a percentage of the proceeds to CASA. This has been one of our most successful and fun philanthropies,
and one which not only our members, but the entire campus community looks forward to twice a year. KATs@BAT
This
fall, Psi Chapter held a fraternity wide softball tournament! A popular philanthropy event among Kappa Alpha Theta chapters nation wide, this was the first KATS@BAT
held by Psi Chapter. Made up of many fraternity chapters on campus, the teams duked it out for first place! Proceeds went
to CASA, of course!
